Renovation of a residential building with newly constructed duplex apartments on the top floor.
The residential building at Burgunderstrasse 42 in Basel with commercial use on the base floor and practice rooms on the first floor was completely renovated. The floor plans of the apartments were also adapted to current standards and all kitchens and bathrooms were replaced. The former multi-storey apartments on the 4th floor were extended to two duplex apartments with the space on the top floor.
