‘Learning from Quarantine – Lehren aus der Quarantäne ziehen’
vorgesehenes Format: Physisch, Inputvortrag, Moderation: schauraum-b
DAVID CALAS is an architect, urbanist, lecturer and author, as well as founder of the transdisciplinary office "Studio Calas". In his work he confronts fluid transitions to the urban, the rural, architecture, art and the political. Theory- and practice-oriented fields of action that allow leaps of scale and a continuous change of perspective. The collaborative way of working, forced by dialogue and discourse, favors the search for continuous added value in the creative process.
David Calas was appointed as a guest lecturer at the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano in the Master of Eco-Social Design after many years of teaching at the TU Vienna/Faculty of Architecture and a visiting professorship at the German University Cairo/Campus Berlin.
