Since 2005, Theo Deutinger has been running the TD office, which works on projects at all scales. The results of his work are regularly published in magazines such as Mark, Wired and Domus. Well-known spatial theory treatises that deal critically with consumption and zeitgeist are "Adi, Audi, Aldi", "Firewall" and "City of Athletes". His "Handbook of Tyranny," published in 2018, has received numerous awards, including one of the 25 "Most Beautiful German Books." Theo Deutinger curates exhibitions and his work is itself part of international presentations such as the Design Biennale Kwangju (Korea, 2011), the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale (Italy 2014) and at the Storefront for Art and Architecture in New York (USA 2019). Theo Deutinger has taught at the Bauhaus in Dessau, Harvard in Cambridge, and the Strelka Institute in Moscow, among others. He currently holds teaching positions at the TU Vienna (Austria), the Design Academy Eindhoven (Netherlands) and a visiting professorship at the University of Kassel.
