ISIDOR WALLIMANN. After the hotel school and a year of experience as a chef at the railway station buffet in Zurich, Isidor Wallimann studied agriculture, economics and sociology in the United States. There he taught also as assistant and visiting professor at various universities. In Switzerland he lectured at the FHNW and at the Universities of Bern and Friborg. He is author of many books and publications.
