ANDREAS ERBE. Before founding Launchlabs Switzerland, Andreas Erbe was responsible at Swisscom for three years for the Swisscom Brain Gym - a space for innovation. As Senior Experience Design Coach, he has worked there from the development and implementation of experience design trainings to participation in service design projects. Besides his own Launchlabs, Andreas has worked on various workspace design projects in Switzerland (Swisscom, Bachem, ABB, Medgate, V-Zug and Impact Hub), Germany (Wilo, HLP) and England (Blackstone Chambers). Andreas holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen HSG, is an expert and lecturer at the HSLU Lucerne and is also a certified HBDI Coach and SCRUM Master. In 2015 he received his Master's degree in Workspace Design from the University of Madrid and the Royal College of Arts in London.
