Daniel Häni and Rodrigo Krönkvist
Daniel Häni, born in Bern in 1966, is an entrepreneur, co-founder of the Basel culture and coffee house "unternehmen mitte" and co-initiator of the Swiss popular initiative "In favour of an unconditional basic income". It was put to the vote in 2016 and triggered a worldwide media response. The father of four is co-founder of the "Stiftung Kulturimpuls" foundation, the "Purpose Stiftung" foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of Pneumatit AG and an employee of the "First World Development" think tank.
Rodrigo Krönkvist, born in 1983, has been Youth Affairs Officer at the Department of Education of the Canton of Basel-Stadt since June 2018. He studied sociology, education and history at the University of Basel and is a co-founder of the growth-critical group Décroissance Basel. From 2016 to 2018, he worked at the Dreirosen youth centre of JuAr Basel.
