Creating space for agile working

Andreas Erbe was responsible for the Swisscom Brain Gym - a space for innovation - at Swisscom for three years before founding Launchlabs Switzerland. As a senior experience design coach, he worked there on everything from developing and running experience design training courses to working on service design projects. In addition to his own launch labs, Andreas has worked on various workspace design projects in Switzerland (Swisscom, Bachem, ABB, Medgate, V-Zug and Impact Hub), Germany (Wilo, HLP) and England (Blackstone Chambers) in recent years. Andreas holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen HSG, is an expert and lecturer at the HSLU Lucerne and is also a certified HBDI Coach and SCRUM Master. In 2015, he completed his Master's degree in Workspace Design at the University of Madrid and the Royal College of Arts in London.
