This is what you can look forward to

Phase 1_Tasks

• Active organisation of the Zurich branch
• Taking on acquired projects consisting of an attractive mix of new construction and refurbishment projects in the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors
• Direct collaboration with clients, investors and client representatives as well as independent responsibility for the execution phases (41-53)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the planning team and management in Basel
• Management of specialist planners, site managers and contractors

Phase 2_Perspektives

• Contributing expertise and ideas as a future member of the BA Project Circle
• Expansion of the branch office into a subsidiary, including responsibility for it
• Management of internal employees (draughtsmen, site managers, architects)
• Overall project management, branch office and employee development

Requirements

• Successful degree in civil engineering (architecture, construction planning, construction management or similar)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction project workflows and processes as well as local legal requirements
• Goal- and solution-orientated when dealing with authorities, contractors, clients and employees
• Committed and entrepreneurial way of thinking and realisation
• Interest in topics relating to project and company development
• Open mindset for the benefit of learning and progress
• Anchored in Zurich and connected to Basel
