The residential and commercial building with small flats on the corner of Schützenmattpark has already been remodelled several times since it was built in the 19th century.

The flat layouts have now been adapted as part of a complete refurbishment with new kitchens and bathrooms. The existing surfaces were refreshed. A total of 18 smaller residential units were created in the form of rental flats and furnished flats.
