MFH Leimenstrasse

In the popular Bachletten neighbourhood, an existing apartment building with winding commercial spaces in the rear courtyard gave way to an elegant new building with spacious, bright living spaces and views of the green inner courtyard.

The residential building offers bright 2.5 and 3.5 room loft flats. The maisonette attic flat was designed as a flexibly divisible loft flat with a large roof terrace. The living spaces impress with a variety of views to the outside and inside the flat, good furnishing options and separate day and night zones. Thanks to the open and flexible floor plans, the room layout and thus the number of rooms can vary according to requirements in the courtyard-side living area and can be designed with a spacious living/dining area and adjoining room or as a living/dining area only.
