MFH C.F Meyer-Strasse 54

The ageing apartment block on C.F. Meyer-Strasse in Basel has six residential units and six parking spaces. In connection with upcoming window and balcony renovations to the property, which was built in 1956, Blaser Architekten evaluated a comprehensive envelope renovation. In the course of this evaluation, it became apparent that the balconies facing the attractive garden could be greatly enlarged so that they now serve as spacious terraces for the residents.
