MFH Hardstrasse

The apartment block at Hardstrasse 71 is part of an ensemble from the 1930s located in the conservation zone. With its bay windows, it has a differentiated, sculptural design and shows the typical features of architecture from around 1930.

The eight 2-room flats in the building were refurbished in an inhabited state. This primarily involved a complete refurbishment with renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms. As part of the refurbishment, the windows on the north-east side of the building were also replaced with more delicate wooden windows. The interior surfaces were refreshed and the electrical installations renewed.
