Digitalization is increasingly permeating our lives. Digitally controlled processes are increasingly overlaying the real world with virtual components. Already now - and even more so in the near future - this is changing our cityscape, the space and also us humans in the long term. What will the city, space and life of the digital future look like? How will we live there and what opportunities and dangers does the digitalization of our world hold?
The series of events is intended to highlight various aspects and potentials of digitalization with regard to its influence on the city, space and us humans. We will examine the current development from different perspectives, turning our attention to the changes and potentials in the architectural planning process as well as the effects on cities, space and people.digitalization is increasingly permeating our lives. Digitally controlled processes are increasingly overlaying the real world with virtual components. Even now - and even more so in the near future - this is changing our cityscape, space and people in a lasting way. What will the city, space and life of the digital future look like? How will we live there and what opportunities and dangers does the digitalization of our world hold? In the exhibition section, we immerse ourselves in 'virtual and augmented spaces' and learn about the possibilities of 'BIM Building Information Modeling'.
