Technology Park II

Since summer 2011, the Basel Technology Park in Stücki Park, operated by the Office of Economy and Labour AWA, has been offering a mix of offices, laboratories and communal areas at attractive rental conditions. It is specially designed for start-ups. Infrastructure, premises and services can be shared by the start-ups. In addition to the single and double offices located on the north-west façade and the bio-laboratories on the south-east façade, a large seminar room, meeting rooms and a cafeteria with a spacious communication zone have been created. The internal connecting staircase has a space-creating function in addition to simply overcoming the height and is the design counterpart to the cafeteria.

Due to high demand, the area was increased from the original 1,900 m2 to 3,400 m2 in 2014. In addition to additional laboratory and office space, tenants now also have access to a prestigious reception area and an auditorium.
